Accessibility Statement

LIA is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is ongoing work for us, and we improve the site as we find and fix issues.

1. Our approach

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We use these guidelines as our reference standard and work toward them as closely as is reasonably possible, but we do not claim full conformance. Where we fall short, we want to hear about it and fix it.

2. What we've built in

• Skip to main content: A skip link is the first item on every page so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
• Landmarks and headings: Each page uses a single main landmark and a logical heading order.
• Keyboard navigation: All interactive controls can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and dialogs can be dismissed with the Escape key.
• Visible focus: A high-contrast focus outline is shown wherever keyboard focus lands.
• Labelled forms: Every field has a programmatic label, errors are announced, and common fields support browser autofill.
• Accessible names for icon buttons: Buttons that show only an icon carry a descriptive label for screen readers.
• Text alternatives: Informative images have descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Contrast: We target a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and meaningful interface elements.
• Reduced motion: Animation and transitions are minimised when your system requests reduced motion.
• Responsive and zoomable: The site reflows at small sizes and up to 400% zoom without loss of content.

3. Known limitations

We're aware of the following areas and are actively working on them:

• Some third-party embedded content is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
• A few illustrative diagrams and animated demonstrations still need fuller text descriptions.
• We have not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit of every page.

4. Assistive technology and browsers

We test with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, together with the screen readers built into macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android. If you use a different combination and something doesn't work, please tell us — that feedback directly shapes what we fix next.
