Because lease formats vary widely, any information contained within uploaded lease documents may be processed and stored as part of providing the Services.
Tenant and Service Provider Information

Signup and Account Information
When you sign up for LIA, create an account, request access to a feature, or otherwise submit a registration form, we may collect information such as:

- Free-text information submitted through the signup process

B. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use LIA, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information.
Browser Storage Technologies
We use first-party browser storage technologies including localStorage and sessionStorage.
Analytics and advertising technologies are described in Section 5 below.

Internal Product Improvement
We may review and analyze Customer Data and service communications to debug issues, investigate errors, evaluate service performance, refine LIA prompts and workflows, improve automation quality, and improve the functionality, reliability, safety, and quality of the Services.
We do not use private Customer Data, tenant communications, service provider communications, or other private service conversations to train or fine-tune foundation models or general-purpose large language models.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information:
- With service providers and infrastructure providers
- With tenants, service providers, or landlords when facilitating communications
- During legal or regulatory processes
- To prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer
- With your consent or direction
Mobile and SMS Information
We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in or consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share mobile information with service providers that process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide LIA's services, such as delivering SMS messages, operating the platform, providing customer support, preventing fraud, and maintaining security.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party providers including:

5. Analytics and Advertising Technologies
LIA may use analytics and advertising technologies provided by third parties, such as Meta and Google, on our public website to understand how visitors use our website, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and improve our advertising.
These non-essential technologies are used only where permitted and, when consent is required, only after the visitor has provided the applicable consent through our cookie preferences.
Visitors may decline non-essential analytics and advertising technologies or change their preferences through our Cookie Settings.
Information collected through these technologies may include information such as:
- Pages visited
- Interactions with the website
- Referring source
- Campaign or UTM information
- Browser and device information

We do not use tenant information, tenant communications, maintenance requests, service provider communications, or other private service communications for advertising purposes.
We do not sell personal information.
Essential technologies required to operate the website may function without advertising consent.
If you choose "Reject Non-Essential," non-essential analytics and advertising technologies that require consent will not be activated unless and until you change your preferences, except as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
Essential technologies may still be used for:
- Authentication
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Session continuity
- Core functionality

6. California Privacy Rights

9. What We Do Not Collect
Except as described in Section 5, LIA does not intentionally collect:

- Payment card information on our own servers
- Device fingerprinting beyond standard browser metadata

LIA is not intended for individuals under 18 years old.
